Excellent!! The service, communication, workmanship, attention to detail, etc. was all A+++! Steve Jr. came to our home for the bid and within hours, we received the estimate-complete with rendering of driveway and all the calculations. Always had prompt communication by either text, phone call or email. They arrived on time, did what they said, and everyone was so nice and caring about our property plus the final product. Steve Jr. answered all of our questions and made sure that the base and asphalt were top notch!! I highly recommend and would not hesitate using for any asphalt needs. I'm attaching some photos but they just don't do it justice-it's absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier!! Thank you to 3 Franks for the awesome service!!

I originally wanted a stamped concrete patio; however, the cost was more than our budget allowed. Steve Franks showed us that we had other options, that weren't as costly. We went with an exposed aggregate concrete patio and we LOVE it!!! Great customer service that managed to deal with all my questions and additional requests with professionalism and a smile. I cannot say enough about this company and all of the people working for them. We had a difficult situation with our new build and I felt like we were left stranded, but when I called and Sara answered the phone, she made me feel like she was going to help us. It was after 5pm and she still took all my info and said she would talk to the owner and see what we could do. It was one of the few times throughout our build that I felt confident in a contractor. Sara did exactly what she said and I received a phone call right away the following morning and Steve was already looking at our property to come up with a plan. Steve kept me in the loop (as it rained every day that week) and they came just like they promised and did a beautiful job! I am so thankful that there are people out there that still go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. I will never use someone else. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

We bought a house with an old gravel/dirt/grass driveway almost 200-ft long with very difficult drainage and concrete retaining curbs on the sides. Steve and his crew did a phenomenal job with not only the looks but it now drains beautifully and blends perfectly to the retaining walls and outbuilding.
Use them, you won't regret it.

I am very pleased with the work done by Steve and his crew. From beginning to end, he seemed to go out of his way to communicate from the day of the quote to the final day of paving. I appreciated the courteousness of Steve and the other employees; I got home a bit early on the day of tear out and prep and was offered to help carry things to the house as it was quite a hike. Steve has promised to come back and clean up a bit around the edges because the woods and wetness caused a bit of a mess. I really appreciate the service, promptness, and follow-through.

Steve and his crew are the best out there when it comes to paving. We have a very large facility in Janesville with 3 different parking areas, all of which were very deteriorated. The first lot had severe water problems, the other two were just flat out horrible. 3 Franks replaced our first lot 2 years ago installing 3 French drains and our water issues are gone, even with the severe rains we've had the past year or so. The second lot was just done and looks great. the final lot will be done by the end of this month. Awesome job guys, if anyone wants their pavement needs met these are the guys to call. very professional, dependable, and quality craftsmanship. Thank you so much for our new lots.

3 Frank's Services came today and took care of our driveway. It was a hot mess. So uneven.3 Franks made it look better than it did when we moved in. I highly recommend them. If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would. Professional, friendly, on point. If you want quality services from a quality contractor, 3 Frank's Services is the way to go.

Great job on our driveway with great customer service as they kept use informed on the entire process from start to finish. Outside of a quality job they even took time to show my six year old son how the equipment worked. He has not stopped talking about it. Great job guys.

Guys did a great job for a fair price! Showed up after a overnight rain to do the job. They rescheduled for another day due to possible quality issues with soft gravel. Showed up 2 days later and got it done. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for some asphalt.
